Agreement
Reverse Video Search Tool is built and run by a small independent team. These terms cover your use of reversevideosearchtool.com and everything on it.
By creating an account, buying a plan or a search pack, or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you can agree to them for yourself or for the organization you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is
Reverse Video Search Tool finds where a video clip or screenshot came from: the original upload, who posted it first and where else it appears online. It is an online software service. Your plan or search pack is available as soon as your payment is confirmed, and nothing is shipped.
We work with trusted image recognition and search providers to produce results, so their availability can affect ours.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account on our site. Do not share access with anyone else. If you think someone else has used your account, email support@reversevideosearchtool.com right away.
Plans and search packs
You can buy a monthly or yearly plan, a one-time search pack, or both. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. One search covers one clip or screenshot, and a search only counts when we find matches for you.
- Searches included in a plan refresh each month. Unused plan searches do not carry over to the next month.
- Searches in a pack do not expire, and they stay yours whether or not you have a plan.
We may change plan features or add new plans. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
Billing and renewals
When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first.
Each search pack is a one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout, with no renewal.
Payments are processed by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake, which handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; where the law requires it, applicable tax is added at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time on the site: sign in, open Manage subscription and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email support@reversevideosearchtool.com from the email address on your account, and we cancel it within one business day.
After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Search packs you bought separately are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds are available for plan payments only, and only if you ask within three days of the payment and haven’t used any searches since it. Once you use a search, that payment is no longer refundable. A search is used when it counts against your searches, which only happens when we find matches. Search packs are not refundable. If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra charge. Apart from these cases, and where the law requires otherwise, all payments are non-refundable, including unused searches and the rest of a billing period after you cancel. We may still offer a refund or extra searches in other cases at our own discretion.
By continuing to checkout, you ask us to start your searches right away and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK law ends once you use a search. Until you use one, that right still applies. The Refund Policy explains how to ask.
Billing questions
If a charge looks wrong, please email support@reversevideosearchtool.com before you contact your bank. We reply within one business day and fix any confirmed billing error within five business days.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may pause your account while the dispute is open and share your order and usage records with our payment processor to answer it. If the charge is reversed, the searches it paid for are removed from your account.
Your content and results
What you upload stays yours. You let us use it only to run the search you asked for, and we delete your upload after each search. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Results point to videos and pages that other people published. Those belong to their owners, and these terms give you no rights to them.
You decide what to do with your results, including any takedown notice or claim you send. You are responsible for those decisions, and you agree to cover our costs if someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the site or its results.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. You agree not to use it to:
- upload content you have no right to use, or infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
- stalk, harass, threaten or expose anyone, or try to identify a private person against their wishes;
- create or spread deepfakes or other content meant to mislead people about who made a video or whether it is real;
- upload sexual content involving minors or anything that breaks child protection laws;
- run automated or bulk queries, scrape results, or resell or share access without our written permission;
- use our results or outputs to build or train a competing service or AI model;
- get around usage limits or security checks, or interfere with how the site works;
- break any law, regulation or card network rule.
Suspension and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the site. If you break these terms, we may limit, suspend or close your account. We may also do this to stop fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. Depending on how serious the problem is, we will usually warn you first. If we close your account for a serious breach, unused searches are forfeited and not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.
If we close your account or stop the service for any other reason, we refund the unused part of what you prepaid.
You can stop using the site at any time. To delete your account, email support@reversevideosearchtool.com.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the site running and the results useful, but we provide the service “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that every search will find the original video.
Results are matches found automatically across the public web. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and the earliest upload we find may not be the true original. Check a result yourself before you rely on it, and do not use results as legal, financial or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, that come from your use of the site or its results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
If you have a complaint, email support@reversevideosearchtool.com first and we will try to sort it out with you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the site. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection and any right to bring a claim where you live that the law of your country gives you.
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us.

According to Creative Commons, this license requires that you “give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.” That is what this credit does.
